This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for subscriptions to the Clinical Assistant (the “Service”).
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscription purchases for the Service. If you are on a free plan, no fees are charged and no refunds apply.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, cancellation does not retroactively refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
3. 14-Day Refund Window (Initial Purchase)
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial paid subscription purchase date. After fourteen (14) days, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued, unless required by applicable law. Refund requests may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
This section applies to the first paid purchase for a given account and does not necessarily apply to subsequent renewals, upgrades, or add-ons unless required by law.
4. Renewals and Subsequent Charges
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed unless required by applicable law. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Paddle Buyer Support using the instructions on your Paddle receipt, or contact us and we will assist with the request.

You may be asked for the account email used at purchase and your invoice/receipt ID to verify account ownership and help prevent fraud.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle Buyer Support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and may affect eligibility for future refunds.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
